Like, totally, the 80’s are back! Time has a funny way of bringing moments back around again that we thought were long gone. We have seen that the 1980’s is a strong trend coming back in these upcoming seasons. Bell-shaped high waisted trousers, denim tweed, and exaggerated shoulders, with details of pearls, rhinestones, and ruffles. Philosophy di Lorenzo Serafini Collection transcends the audience to the middle of Monte Carlo jet-set of the 70’s and 80’s, and exceptionally inspired by, Princess Stephanie and Caroline of Monaco. “Two icons, two souls, one style,” his Instagram caption stated.

Tops and jackets are used as pieces of every-day wear with marine stripes, flounces, denim tweed, and rhinestone trousers. You can tell that the designer was attentive to his choices. On jackets and pants, fabrics are also braided to create tight belts. Of course, you can’t forget about the party dresses! They were short, ruffled, pleated, and snatched at the waist, in shades of purple, pink, white, or red. There was a crystal-studded black mini black dress that was made from eco-friendly leather. We love sustainability!
