The town of Ibiza has developed during the years to become just like any other city with high buildings and a lots of traffic. As a tourist of course I’ve photographed only the beautiful old part of the town, so I wouldn’t recommend a stay in the city while on holidays. The old town visit requires just an afternoon of shopping, eating tapas and climbing. The use of the verb climbing is proper in this case because getting from the port to the top of the Dalt Vila Evissa hill to visit the cathedral is a vertical hike. The hike is definitely worth it once you get on the top and enjoy the spectacular views.
