EAT: Le Dali by Alain Ducasse at Le Meurice Hotel
This was my first time having dinner at an Alain Ducasse restaurant, the 3 Michelin star chef and I was very pleased with the service. Le Dali is named after Salvador Dali who at Le Meurice spent 1 month a year for 30 years. My obsession with Dali was about to make me ask the maitre if he knew what was Dali’s favorite dish in those visits, but I refrained myself. I had the waiter suggest me the Rivoli-style chicken which is one of the dishes that they have been making at Le Meurice for 180 years. I bet Dali has had it over 30 years of visits.
